Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We’ll get your shipping address when you place the order. If there is something unusual about the destination address, our customer service representative will confirm it with you before shipping the package.
You’ll receive a notification e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Information about your order (shipped items, shipping time, tracking number and tracking website) is included. Also, you can check your order status via “My Account”/”My orders” at your convenience.
Once your package has left Freya Amber Jewellery you can track it soon. Please wait a little more time and try again later. If any questions, you can contact with our online service, or send us a email, Freya Amber Jewellery customer service center will respond within 24 hours.

The steps of processing an order in Freya Amber Jewellery are as follows:
Step 1: Order printed by our system (1-3 business day), big order (1-4weeks)
Step 2: Order picked and packaged by our warehouse (1-2 business days)*
Step 3: Package delivered to Express Center (1 day)
Step 4: Order processed by post and en route to your destination.

*Note: Generally, we carry all products in stock, but occasionally there’s possibility that some items are temporarily out of stock. We will send you email about the order list details, or you can go to “my account” to check order details.

The delivery cost for express services depends on your country, how many items you order, and the total weight and volume. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Yes, our products are shipped worldwide.
Customers generally will not pay any tax when shopping with us.
As per our data, only few of the packages were opened and checked by customs officials at their destination. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if import taxes are assessed.
Although the possibility of import taxes is very slim, we strongly suggest that familiarize yourself with your country’s import policy before making a purchase. Please note that some products may require special licenses or permits to import. It is the customer’s business to handle the products that are confiscated by customs officials in their country. The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Freya Amber Jewellery the recipient is the recorded importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Unfortunately it does not. We only guarantee same-day shipment of orders shipped by express priority. On average, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (see the processing time frame) regardless of the shipping option selected. The processing time for all orders on Freya Amber Jewellery is the same.
Firstly, you can track the status by visiting the appropriate tracking website mentioned above. If there’s no tracking information, you can contact us via “live chat” for help. Secondly, you can send an E-mail when the package has not been received 10-20 calendar days beyond the delivery date.
If you would like to ship your order to a different address, please send us final address by E-mail with order number, while the order’s shipping status is Processing. Processing time (1-3 business days).
